A “Holy” Uprising?

As I watch people rise with voices loud and defiant, claiming to fight the “big bad system,” my soul insists we are witnessing something far deeper: a rebellion not against structures, but against God.

We see the rhetoric of empowerment morph into threats—women, for example, warning men of their plan to withhold intimacy as punishment, or declarations of independence shouted from a place of wounded pride. Suddenly, many are reclaiming responsibility for their own bodies and lives, but only now, when the weight of accountability can no longer be evaded.
