You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are worthy of kindness, respect, and reciprocity—not because of what you’ve done for others but because of who you are, energetically. Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. When you allow yourself to stay in situations that diminish your spirit, you step out of alignment/balance. Choosing yourself is a way of saying, “I trust Source’s vision for my life more than my fear of letting go.”

Our worth isn’t dependent on what we do. When I stopped seeking external validation and started aligning with this truth, I found peace and confidence I’d never known.
