Growing up, I was taught to pray for my enemies. I believe now that while it’s often easier said than done, it’s one of the most powerful actions of faith you can take. When you pray for someone who wronged you, and you do it from love, you release bitterness and open the door for good to work in both their life and yours. Praying for them doesn’t mean excusing their behavior—it means trusting divine justice & grace. Praying for those who hurt me taught me that forgiveness isn’t about them—it’s about my relationship with my Higher Power and Self. Releasing anger allowed me to step into peace
