The Tria Prima Are The The Elements of the Alchemist

1. the first of which appears to have denoted whatever remained fixed in the fire;
2. the second, whatever was inflammable;
3. the third, whatever was neither fixed nor inflammable, but rose in vapour without being burned.

These are the three fundamental principles that encapsulate the essence of the soul, spirit, and body.
