<ul><li>Understand that you will improve the more you do it. And that action builds confidence.</li><li>Embrace mistakes and the process of learning.</li></ul>

"Idk if I can do it"

<ul><li>Count down from 3 then exit and close.</li><li>Understand how addicted you are to a glowing rectangle.</li><li>Say bye bye to your phone and leave it alone in a room (come onnnn, you can't live without it for 10-15 mins? you can, dw).</li><li>10-15 mins of work without any distractions, once the timer stops, you might not feel like to touch it until work is done. If you do, then take a break and slowly increase the duration of work next time.</li><li>If it's thoughts, then write your heart out then throw the paper away.</li></ul>

Distracted

<ul><li>Reward yourself after the work.</li><li>Understand that you can be free (and stress- free) if you get the work done.</li><li>Listen to a podcast or lecture while doing the work (if multitasking doesn't affect).</li></ul>
