PROBLEMS OF NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE

PROBLEMS OF NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE

  1. Science recognizes that CLIMATE CHANGE is caused by human activities, including Diet & Lifestyle
  2. The COVID-19 PANDEMIC is caused by our lifestyle, and scientists predict many other global health emergencies due to our UNETHICAL "NEEDS"
  3. Evidences suggest that we should have a plant-based diet , MEAT CONSUMPTION should be discouraged because UNHEALTHY
  4. We prefer ANIMALS DEATH or EXPLOITATION despite of illimitate alternatives that we have
  5. Huge WASTE OF RESOURCES due to animal agriculture / fishing

ETHIC & RESPONSIBILITY

Supposing as true the fact that "mankind is superior to all the other animals" we have major responsibilities on our shoulders.

Let me make an example:

Plastic by itself is really an extraordinary item , the problem with it is HOW do we manage plastic. In fact is recognized that we should avoid plastic waste and we should be more responsible in using it (even switching to non-plastic items).

Now let me ask you, HOW DO WE TREAT ANIMALS? IS THAT RESPONSIBLE AND FAIR?

SOLUTION

BE RESPONSIBLE : do we need all this suffering, all this exploitation, all this useless death?

A PLANT-BASED DIET is the solution proved to be ETHICAL - SUSTAINABLE - HEALTHY - ENJOYABLE.

There's no such thing that can really diminish your impact on the Earth.

Since the mainstream discussions aren't about this, here are some sources that can make up your mind:

SEA

Even in the Oceans there isn't a fair and ethical relation with the marine environment.

Worldwide there's NO SUSTAINABLE approach to the animal world, in fact, as we can see the data suggest that even the fishing industry doesn't care about how do we treat animals.

DATA & FACTS

Is misleading that worldwide Livestock and Intensive Farming / Fishing aren't pointed out as a global unethical and unsustainable business.

Matter of facts the data prove that the major factor that contributes in Climate Change is the way we exploit animals.

Replacing protein

Protein is not just found in meat. It is also found in grains and vegetables. And if you are getting enough calories, then you are getting enough protein.

Try to keep the daily mix of what you eat to 80% plant matter and 20% meat, dairy, and seafood.

Ketosis
... is a natural process the body initiates to help us survive when food intake is low. During this state, we produce ketones, which are produced from the breakdown of fats in the liver.

The end goal of a properly maintained keto diet is to force your body into this metabolic state

Carbon Footprints

A carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions that come from the production, use, and end-of-life of a product or service. It includes carbon dioxide — the gas most commonly emitted by humans.

Usually, the bulk of an individual’s carbon footprint will come from transportation, housing and food.

There are simple choices you can make in your day-to-day life to lessen your personal impact on the environment.
