- China can use its firewall and separate miners. The blockchain assumes nodes can be reached. However an authoritarian large state can affect it.
- The US is incapable of tech attacks so it will probably try a regulation attack. Which will probably backfire as smart people will avoid incorporating in the US and accelerate crypto cap tables.
