  • Set big hairy audacious goals. Write down ONE goal you'd like to achieve and why you're committed to achieving it.
  • Build tiny habits. These are behaviours that are easy to do to move you towards your goal—drinking one glass of water—doing one push-up.
  • Celebrate small wins. Small wins come from committing to your Tiny Habits, then stretching yourself consistently. At the end of each day, write down three wins.
  • Choose a power word. For example, repeat to yourself "discipline," or "healthy," or "focus."
  • Identify potential roadblocks and possible solutions. "If X happens, then I'll do Y".
