Our pain perception about an upcoming exercise activity greatly affects our tolerance levels during the it, as per a study conducted by researchers at the University of Southern Denmark.

It is a known fact that exercising regularly provides a natural high, with feel good chemicals like endorphins and endocannabinoids surging inside your mind and body. What is not known is that our prior expectation about our exercise dominating our entire experience of it.

He made up a sentence mentioning podcasting while delving into a possible name for the new audio distribution technology. It was a mashup of the Apple iPod, which was the in thing at that time, and broadcasting.
