Yearly goals can be easily rescheduled as, for example, there's no reason why your goals need to be reached by December. You can start a new set of goals now and set the deadline for June 2022. It's also useful to shorten your goal and set smaller monthly goals instead of yearly ones.

Extend your deadline

Focus your energy on one goal only or on several of different categories at the same time. The latter may be goals related to<ul><li>health</li><li>work</li><li>personal life</li></ul>

Doing one thing at a time

Reduce your goals to the essentials. Think of something you like doing or something that has a benefit for your physical and mental health. Don't spend time on activities that are irrelevant to who you are or who you want to be.

Focus on doing less instead of doing more

Record the ups and downs of your work, it shows your growth and how well you deal with obstacles. When you finally achieve your goal, it is beneficial to look back at what you've come through to acknowledge how much was done in the process. It inspires you to move forward and set new goals.

Track your progress

Look at the goals currently on your list and suggest resetting or simply dropping them according to how far you've proceeded by now. Be honest with yourself.

Cutting back realistically

All goals are composed of smaller steps, tasks and decisions. So breaking them down visually in your calendar can turn a big overwhelming task into something much more achievable. It may also turn some abstract goals or resolutions into practical steps you can take.

Schedule incremental, smaller deadlines

1. Cut back on non-essential goals.2. Schedule out your plan.3. Focus on one thing at a time.4. Track your progress, failures, and victories.
