"Habits are something we repeat on a daily basis."<ul><li>Habits are the path to change identity.</li><li>Everytime you choose a good habit, its a vote for a good identity.</li><li>The effect of one day experiences tends to fade away while the effect of habits gets re inforced with time.</li></ul>For e.g.gyming for a day doesnt make you fit but gyming every day,shows results.<ul><li>Good habit also teaches us something important,"to trust ourselves!"
