 Importance of Good Habits

Importance of Good Habits

"Habits are something we repeat on a daily basis."

  • Habits are the path to change identity.
  • Everytime you choose a good habit, its a vote for a good identity.
  • The effect of one day experiences tends to fade away while the effect of habits gets re inforced with time.

For e.g.gyming for a day doesnt make you fit but gyming every day, shows results.

  • Good habit also teaches us something important,"to trust ourselves!" You start to believe you can achieve !

For e.g.Visiting the gym regularly, you begin to believe that you will get fit.

The process of building a new habit has 4 steps:

  • Cue-triggers your brain to initiate a behaviour. It is a bit of information that predicts a reward.

E.g Urge to exercise.

  • Craving-the motivational force behind every habit. You don't crave the habit but the change it delivers

E.g Craving to look fit

  • Response-is the actual habit you perform.

E.g Gyming everyday for an hour

  • Rewards-are the end goals of every habit. Rewards satisfy craving and reminds of our actions.

E.g Health benefits and fitness

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
