When a couple is formed, it is like attaching a string to the violin for example. Both the string and the wooden base is in tension. But it is the balance, tolerance, and acceptance of both the string and the wooden string that makes the violin a complete instrument and makes it possible to bring the best of the sounds. 
The world only listens to the music but it is the complete violin which knows what tension it is going through to make the music. No single component can think that it is main component of the whole instrument. All parts are important.

Envy - A Warning To Know Our True Ambitions

We feel envy when someone else has access to an area of happiness that eludes us. The natural response to this feeling is shame; we feel we lack the generosity of spirit to celebrate their achievement. Perhaps we feel guilty for not sufficiently appreciating the lot we have. Yet envy, while uncomfortable, provides us with a message from confused but important parts of our personality about what we should be doing.

Think What Makes You Envious

Instead of trying to repress our envy, we should examine it. Each person we envy is a piece of the jigsaw puzzle that is our future. There is a portrait of a ‘true self’ waiting to be assembled out of the envious hints we receive when we turn the pages of a newspaper or hear updates about the successes of old school friends or witness a friend’s excitement about a new career move. We should calmly ask one essential and redemptive question of all those we envy: ‘What could I learn about here?’

Any negative person will find an excuse in this quote and say that it is natural to not able to sit quietly. That person will think his inability is as natural like a fish's inability to come out of water. But this quote has a vast capacity to encourage introspection in anyone if we make minor changes.

Regardless of that, the thing is Man has the ability of finding silence in himself and reflecting that silence in his day-to-day actions. Mistake Of Time Passed As Experience

Often we forget the value addition we can do every moment to our lives. It is not the quantity of time passed that counts to experience but the quality of time. Experience is the sum of time passed weighted by the quality of each moment. Choose wisely from all that life throws at you, what you buy, by spending your time.

If you test, the world will not disappoint in one thing for sure and that is - nobody cares about what you care more than you do. Accept this and take responsibility of oneself. Stop testing the world because it will strengthen your resolve to blame your failures on others and this will do no good to you on your journey. Failures are nothing but signposts of turning to new ways of thinking.

Responsibility Of Ourselves

This a Latin phrase and it means 'Love of Fate'. It means accepting the happenings in one life and not categorising them as good or bad. It is about trying to see the chances of one's growth in every situation.

Amor Fati

Start practicing writing short notes about your feelings. It is better way to order your thoughts which are gushing all corners of your mind. Try to make it as detailed as possible. Note: Do not share it. These notes are meant to be an outlet for your thoughts and not for anyone else, like sticky notes. You use them till the purpose is done and then you dispose them.Use the unstable energy in something creative. No hobby is inferior unless it harms others.

Take A Step Back

I think personal development is an utterly alone process. Blaming others for our failures is like running away from the responsibility towards our own happiness.

Why do people blame others?

Whether you are going to worship continually a mere picture, or worship the reality of that picture, must, of course, be left to the individual. I do not use mine to convince you of the truth of that picture being alive. To me it is alive. Though I used to worship that picture, I was not satisfied in the mere worshipping. I wanted to get behind the frame of that picture, to look through the eyes, think through the mind of that picture. I was not satisfied, and because of my dissatisfaction, because of my discontentment, because of my sorrows, I was able to identify myself with the picture.
