Never settle. Things can always be better. Feeling and expressing gratitude for what you have is important but as much as wanting more and keep pushing your boundaries is important. Things can always be better. This analogy doesn’t only apply to things of monetary value but also when it comes to your health, mind, and spirituality.

You shouldn't allow anyone else to make you feel guilty over your priorities. Always take care and give importance to your priorities. If it’s important to you, it doesn’t have to necessarily make sense to everyone.

I wake up at 5:30 A.M every single day, consistently, and the first thing that I do, after making up my bed, is to exercise for at least 30–40 minutes. This makes me happier and more satisfied with my results and achievements. Waking up early means getting most of the work done as soon as you start your day. This sets a routine for you. Doing a high-intensity workout early in the morning can kill laziness and make you feel productive.

Doing different things, things that are out of your comfort zone sums up the experience.Do something that you have never done before. Keep pushing yourself and be ready to change.

Who are we? We are all nothing but the stories we tell ourselves. You are determined by the things you think and the words you say to yourself.If you tell yourself that you are not an achiever, you can never become more productive, you are that person. As someone who has struggled with discipline for more than half my life, I can tell you my younger self would have never believed that this was even possible.So today, I’d like to share a simple method to do just that! I know dopamine has a bad rep here, but it’s not that bad when you understand it.In simple terms, when you do something or get a stimulus and get something positive from it, your brain produces dopamine. Known as the reward hormone. Your mind links the action/stimulus to the reward and that link makes it so that we want to do that thing over and over again.That’s pretty much how it works. You can use the same mechanisms to get addicted to taking action & success!

The problem is that we often have big goals in life (which is GREAT, don’t get me wrong). The issue with this is that the **action** and the **results** you get from it are too far away from each other.You start exercising daily today, and you’ll be fit in multiple weeks or months’ time.Because the action and reward are too far apart, your mind does not make the same connection that it would if you got the reward immediately. You don’t get the same rush of dopamine and thus it is not behavior that your mind wants to reinforce.

Whenever you’re doing something that brings you closer to your goals, take a moment to recognize that as a major win!
