What Is Implementation Intention?

<ol><li>Health and Fitness: If I finish a cup of coffee, then I will immediately refill it with water.</li><li>Productivity and Focus : If I sit down on my work, then I will put my phone on silent mode and close all unnecessary browser tabs.</li><li>Personal Habits: If I wake up feeling anxious in the morning, then I will take 5 deep breaths and start a 10 minute guided meditation.</li></ol>

Examples:
