We all know there r 2 types of habits- good habits and bad ones. We find it very difficult eradicating our bad habits and cultivating good ones.
Let's suppose assume an oak tree. The way it deeply trenches its roots deep down resembles the potential of our bad habit. Not only unless v work hard but also with consistency we'll be able to get rid off it.
A good habit resembles a very beautiful flower which is delicate to handle. Unless we have patience ,hope and with constant work ,we can't cultivate it.
Hence ,to cultivate or eradicate any habit all we need is
They say-"Even in ur hardest times ,jus smile." This saying rooted from a lotta Struggle, Sadness and Experience.
When the sadness becomes persistent, when u can't control things,when everything turns out off ur way,when the world shows its back on u,then....only then u'll really understand it .
When u feel persistent pain and sadness , U start thinking that when will I find my happiness. And at certain point of time ,u get sick of ur sadness . That's when u feel that ur sadness doesn't matter anymore . And that's when you start smiling for no reason . So jus wait until u reach that phase 🤟
