I want you to imagine your best day in your life over and over again 5 minutes before you go to sleep. This isn't superstitious, it actually attracts new opportunities and rewire your brain in such a way that you will feel better and more confident for the next 30 days. The subconscious mind is unable to identify what's real and what's imaginery it works on your own belief system.

Believing 

Many of us underestimate the powe of habits. These are the small steps that are building your future. Break those old habits and form new ones. Don't set unrealistic goals and work on them unnecessarily. Instead, form habits and slowly improve yourself comparing to the person you were tomorrow. Push your limits slowly and in the 30 days. You will not recognise yourself.

I know how hard it is free ourselves from distraction like social media. Even if you are not addicted still social media handles 70% of our daily life work. What you should free yourself from is gaining cheap dopamine from sources like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and any pornographic content that's damaging your brain in a negative way. Try to take several breaks completely from social media for atleast a week every month. Which will save your time and also lead you to exploring new things.

Every great person you see around yourself has this extraordinary ability that's called "knowledge". I am not talking about completing multiple courses and degrees but, expanding your own mind, by your own will to know what's going around you. Successful people feel better and comfortable between others because they know more than they had yesterday. Our brain works in a weired way. It gives a sense of pride when we learn. Try to gain as much knowledge as you can because knowledge is god.

Knowledge 

This world is full of distractions, suffering, traumas and restraining incidents that can cause your brain to burnout. Meditation may seems just a simple term but it made buddha 'The Buddha'. The best selling book THE SECRET made a great impact on my life. There are some life changing insights that worked for me in real life. Those insights will definately make you bettre than most of the people around you.

Life Changing Insights 

There is a famous saying, 'You can't control everything in your life but, you can choose wisely how to react to a particular situation'. An optimistic point of view will end up attracting more joyful state and experiences into your life. So, the next time someone or something tries to get on your nerves :) choose wisely how you want to react to it.

1. YOUR REACTION TO THE THINGS AROUND YOU 

Everytime your brain tries to convince you that 'you are as pathetic as your situations are' he is lying. Negative emotions are not true at all. We humans tend to ignore a million beautiful days just because of one small bad day. Remember, you are what you think you are. Make it habit of not listening to any negative thought your brain is telling you.

2. YOUR BRAIN LIES TO YOU 

Nothing remains same, as a kid we were worried about the consequences of not completing our homework. As an adult we are worried about the consequences of not earning good enough to o survive. Nothing is going to be there tomorrow there will be a new day , with new opportunities tomorrow. The next time you face difficulties just convince your brain and tell him it's only temporary. Once you leave this world :) people will not longer recognise you by your name they will start calling you "Body" so be happy why worry.

3. Nothing Is Permanent 

Remember those days when you were the happiest. You felt like time is passing slow, you were enjoying the moment as if you don't have any past or future. That's because you were aware. Be aware of what you are doing, be in the present moment give your hundred percent focus to the things you are doing, life will be different I gaurentee you :).
