The Ability to Resist Temptation.When the jar is full, it contains a greater amount of resistance in the morning and can be emptied throughout the day.Saying NO to destructive behavior

During the first half of the day, tasks and events that require more energy and have a higher level of temptation to leave can be Time blocked.Part 2The middle part of the day is a good time to block out work that is joyful, but less prone to leaving.Part 3The least bothered work that does not require much brain strain to be scheduled here. Spending quality time with family, gardening, making something, etc.
