Lean Into Meaning

Gratitude is a choice. When we filter our perceptions by a lens of gratitude instead of discontent we see more opportunities for growth. It also short-circuits defensiveness and survival-mindsets.

Lean Into Gratitude 

Look around you and reflect on the value of each human being involved. Step into their shoes and assume positive intent. What is important to them, and how can you serve them? This opens doors for collaboration instead of competition, freeing you from a threat-based mindset.

Lean Into Relationships

Inventory your senses. Touch. Smell. Sound. Look into the periphery of your sight. Calm yourself by becoming aware of your posture and your breath. Be intentional about your presence, instead of giving it over to reaction. Lean

Lean Into Embodiment 

Ask authentically curious questions to uncover deeper layers of meaning in the situation. Explore intersections of interests and priorities. Hear before seeking to be heard
