Don’t blame yourself for everything happening around you, that you can not control. No one can control everything in life.
So better to relax and stop feeling low because of it. Most of the time, it’s we are the reason for our down moments.
A false awakening refers to the strange experience of “waking up” when you actually remain asleep. It can involve vivid, realistic images that leave you feeling anxious and confused.
Whenever you find you are losing your focus, stop and speak yourself to be in the present.
