1. Eggs

Eggs are undeniably healthy and delicious.

Studies have shown that eating eggs at breakfast increases feelings of fullness, reduces calorie intake at the next meal and helps maintain steady blood sugar and insulin levels.

Theodore Roosevelt

I care not what others think of what I do, but I care very much about what I think of what I do! That is character!

Huli – Papua New Guinea

The Huli are one of the most famous tribes on Papua New Guinea, an island in Oceania that is home to hundreds of unique traditional tribes.

The Huli are proud and fearless warriors who are known for their ornate headdresses and unique way of painting their faces and bodies with bright yellow Ambua (a sacred clay) and red ochre.

1. Notice When You’re Stuck in Your Head

Start paying attention to the way you think so you can become aware of the problem.

When you’re replaying events in your mind over and over, or worrying about things you can’t control, acknowledge that this isn’t productive. Thinking is only helpful when it leads to positive action.

1. Commit IF You REALLY Want To Do It

The most important thing before committing to anything is to ask yourself if you really want to do it.

Often people commit to things in the heat of the moment, and their decision to commit is based on the face value of things. They don’t take time to think it through and that is why they don’t realize what it really takes to commit to achieving the results.

Get on a sleep schedule

Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day is a must if you want to get on a good sleep schedule and train yourself to wake up early.

Stick to your sleep schedule every day, including your days off, and your body will eventually begin waking up naturally.

1. Do something new

When you experience something ‘new’, that actually ‘stimulate’ your brain!

Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence level.

You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix them up!

If you struggle with bad habits when you’re stressed out—like smoking or eating junk food—create a list of healthy coping skills and hang it in a prominent place.

Then, use your list to remind yourself of the healthier strategies you can turn to when you’re feeling bad.

1) Start with a morning freewrite.

Instead of jumping right into your projects when you get into the office, block off ten minutes for a digital detox and grab a notebook and paper to just write.

Writing in a more free-form style will allow your creative juices to flow, while also forcing you to put your thoughts into written words.

Keep a positive perspective and understand that you only failed because you tried.

Failure in life is what teaches you lessons and pushes you a step towards your end goal. If you had not tried, then you wouldn’t have failed but then you wouldn’t have succeeded either.
