Bear - sleep and wake cycle goes according to the sun<ul><li>wake easily and typically fall asleep with no problem</li><li>Productivity seems best before noon, and they’re prone to the “post-lunch” dip between 2 pm and 4 pm</li></ul>Wolf - trouble waking up in the morning<ul><li>more energetic when they wake up at noon, especially since their peak productivity starts at noon and ends about 4 hours later</li><li>another boost around 6 pm</li></ul>Lion - rise early in the morning<ul><li>may easily wake up before dawn and are at their best up until noon</li></ul>Dolphin<ul><li>have trouble following any sleep schedule</li><li>peak productivity window from 10 am to 2 pm</li></ul>

How Your Chronotype, Sleep, and Activity Connect

When you feel like procrastinating on something (which happens to everyone), just start doing part of it, and leave it incomplete.For example, if I'm procrastinating on an essay, I can just write the title on the document/piece of paper. Then, I'll leave the document open on my computer/paper on my desk.

How to Productively Procrastinate?

Starting a task and leaving it incomplete will increase the chances of you wanting to complete the task later on.Just like how cliffhangers or incomplete books and movies stick better in our minds, incomplete tasks are more likely to be remembered by us.Thus, your brain will more likely remember this task and urge you to complete it.

One Way I Productively Procrastinate

Choose 1 (or more) things to set as your 'daily highlight', something that you have to do.Although many people recommend having 1 thing as a highlight, I often find that I need to have a few (usually 3 or less).Of course, the number of daily highlights will differ from each person. Set the number that you're sure that you can get done in a day. (Because if you set too many, and can't finish them, you'll feel worse off.)How I implement this:<ul><li>I choose something that is based on urgency, satisfaction or joy</li><li>Usually, I complete the highlight(s) as soon as I can</li></ul>

Daily Highlight(s)

Schedule blocks of time to a specific task, or to sit down and get stuff done.Feel free to use pen and paper or an online calendar. (I personally use Google Calendar.)How I implement this:<ul><li>I schedule 'Deep Work Sessions', which are blocks of time when I have to get stuff done. I'm free to assign myself whatever I want to get done, e.g. schoolwork, personal tasks. My Deep Work Sessions are from 9-11am, 4-6pm and 8-10pm.&nbsp;</li><li>Within my Deep Work Sessions, I create smaller blocks for specific tasks</li></ul>
