Once our core is installed and set into action, it becomes second nature. Outside influence runs its course, like water off a duck's back and that is the point.To absorb what is needed and discard what is not. How often do we get caught up in the world? How often do we kill the fires or stomp out the coals of surrounding distractions and through that process, miss the internal flame flickering to stay alight. The world is full of needs and wants and while you might be great at extinguishing those around you, don't forget about your flame...

They are meant to be savored and memories are meant to be forged into our 'retirement fund' to reflect on. What good would it be to make the main character of our journey a secondary passerby?
