We actually don't know why we are using social media this much, and till we know that, theirs a lots of hours have already been passed.It not only just waste our time but also has deep impact on our mental, emotional and spiritual health. Majority of victims are -kids and teenagers. It's just like smoking 🚬, you do it and want it for more.

Instead of wasting time on scrolling through your social media, you can utilise this time in doing something productive, something which can help you both mentally and physically. This is what I have done to avoid empty scrolling:-1) I have dedicated some fix time for social media .2) Use it with motive that why I m going to use.3) is it helping me out in any sense?4) What I have achieved? By using it.

Most of us are consumer. We are consuming social media and helping a lots of companies and peoples to warm their pockets.
