A method to learn hard concepts intuitively for a long time. Goal is to learn topic or subject that the concept is second nature to spit back the idea and know something in your brain for a long time decades. Best thing is to learn from a good source or truth. And build experience. intuitive understanding is accepting it as a fundamental truth.Treat it like a problem solving care about the topic so much your brain thinks about it unconsciously day to day. gain experience work with it daily. break into smaller pieces avoid memorization and memorize why it works , the bigger whole not tactics

General Learning Method. Pre lesson  

Learn the bigger picture first, why you’re learning the topic to get to what and draw that to where you need to get too.Then you can gradually look deeper into certain ideas to get more specific with detail. You should convince your brain to truly care like survival mode care and invent the solution yourself to create a concept then internalize the solution and make it stick in your brain by testing it out, take away parts and different parts, apply to different use cases, and even go back to think about the situation. post the teaching to others online, teach it like it was a cow learning

What The Process Of Learning A Hard Concept Looks Like 

Start with the big picture why it matters, and connect it to the end goal, you know you are doing this to end up here, you’ll forgive out the rest just need to get here, know the purpose it solves just need to attain this spot you. now we just fill in the blanks which is the solution usually different parts that connect to each other. Details 1, detail 2, detail 1.1,1.2, 2.1,2.2this is where caring, finding the problem to use our brains to actively find solutions which will extend over time where unconsciously come up with solutions if we flip back to understanding why we need this and care.

Map It Out 

but first understand simple explanation to the big picture ideas. As you learn more expand on details. Understand the detail in the big picture of things. understand by itself. reinforce the idea.understand why each detail works to the problem of the bigger picture and is a solution to get to the end goal. understand how it fits with other details. Sub-subjects. Because if you know details it should make sense back to the big picture and why it fits to the black box(end goal) understand the point for each detail.

Finding The Problem And Coming Up With a Solution 

Don’t learn all the details, figure out how the parts work together and how you can use the conclusion of one part to get to the next. It naturally breaks the the big picture into smaller approachable steps usually we learn laterally and read each concepts but learning an overview and why we need to learn to the end goal and really care is how we learn fast. So when learning difficult in-depth concepts we can focus on them and k ow why the connect with the main idea.focus on the problem, by caring which subconsciously fixes the problem and inventing the piece to the problem a solution.

Finding A Solution To The Problem The Right Way 

What is the piece about, what does it accomplish or what does it describe. What does it do, what does it solve. Pieces should fit together to tie into the end goal. A deep insightful understanding of the problem by trying to solve the problem yourself. Look at examples and reverse engineer. Actual care and give hints. Rewire brain to mentally capable of processing the problem and it’s solution for period of time convincing brain of survival threat. find solution by thinking actively how it solves the problem. Give people feel in the blank affirmations to sum up meeting or appointments calls

Looking At The Details In Detail Why caring and reiterating Work

People need to think for themselves or know why it works to care for the product.how the solution fits to the bigger picture ?what insights it offer for the rest of the concept ?what inspired that solution (can help understand the solution itself ).honestly try to break hard concepts.find solution reinforce it to stick by <ol><li> inventing concept </li><li>practice </li><li>explain it </li><li>explore ideas related to the concepts </li></ol>

Pt2 Figure Out Why It Works And Problem Solving Helps

Invent a concept you learn intuitively for yourself. When teaching you can make presentations visually or create frame works or guiding principles it’s easier for triangle of principles.

Invent Concept 

Apply the concept to tackle other problems.make it second nature to use this concept to problems. Why it fits for this problem and not others why it doesn’t fit. That way the context of the problems make more sense.goal: is to reinforce until you understand Intuitively.

Practice 

What you can’t explain teaches you what you need to reinforce and better understand.

Explain In Your Own Words 

Learn by thinking of a last problem and finding the solution from your brain that solved it. Ask yourself this. Engage with the concept because often you slowly forget. change one part of the problem and see if it still works and why it works or doesn’t see if some other solutions applies relate past knowledge to the concept question any intuitive assumption you’re makingask why it’s this way break the concept look at the concept from a different angle talk to other abou the experiences and insights

Explore 

Big picture or topic is why your learning what your striving for which is the black box learning the subjects they should fit together with othe r subjects and for to answer the black box Intuitively remember by burning it in your brain care, create, understand why it works okay with concept and reinforce the solutions you made to the problems you found and share in a presentation or content online.

Cover the ball and inside finish.Tip:You can dribble and pop over on the same hand without flipping to the other side. Same thing now go on other side.Flip the second dribble, On the second dribble do a inside outside straight to the rim, needs cover.second dribble add a spin and you should get an extra dribble naturally when turning back away from the rim. With a wide base and freedom to go any direction.

Push Dribble Variations Score on big and small guards

Spin move 2x attack off two feet. On the spin move make sure you have an good angle so you don’t get cut off. And your balance is good so you can spin off again .Over hand too a pick up one punch dribble pick it up high execute it. Naturally Dribble To A Shot Summary

After you crossed over lateral to attack do a Between the legs like your driving then pop to a shot. next lesson: Own the dribble shot. Don’t dribble like your stationary always sell the drive. Freeze:go in motion to drive then freeze. Wide base lateral fake. Be able to dribble in any direction. Add a misdirection dribble to pop the other way. A wide base is key, 2piece dribble random dribble to a 1 dribble knowing it’s a misdirection to a shot. Pt2 Naturally Dribble To A Shot 

Next, push dribble with the same effect as a misdirection by gaining the space as a misdirection by pushing away from defender with a push dribble.Add both these pieces into one motion. Start at 3 line and 2 dribble between the legs freeze to a 1 2. Push over the ball to a misdirection dribble to a shot. It should be one more dribble and it’s a misdirection don’t aim for a push dribble. Misdirect both way dribble. And you can slow down to slow the defender down.

Pt3 Naturally Dribble To A Shot 

Variation #2 freeze defender to a pop dribble to a shot. Drop the ball straight into a dribble between the legs (freeze) to a shot. Make sure to have hips square to the basketball for the next move . Misdirection to the same thing . Drop the ball to a one dribble freeze fake drive shot .

Pt4.

Mindset is If you see the basket and the lane it’s a free drive, I won the defender.  When between dribble to go past a defender stretch leg out lateral to make a wide base then thinking to stretch foot closer to basket this actual helps the defender, now your stuck going one way and telegraph your direction. go lateral instead after you cross the ball over and plant your feet throw the ball down for a euro .Throw the ball down heel like a cross in boxing, push it out and chase it and step feet for a euro.In-between the legs widen legs, throw down hill change direction euro stretch to the rim.

How to read defenders. Start reading defenders

Whatever line your three is where you place your next cards.1 2 1 shift. After the one you can push dribble, crossover euro or set feet for a shot before push dribble. Go lateral to get a read, don’t read based on how confident you feel. One shift give you all the read you need, counter dribble push ahead or if they don’t play close up pull up for a dribble. Attack the same direction in between to change directions and throw the ball for a euro step to be able to change directions based on movements.

Pt2 Read Def

Punch euro or wide euro: chest up when dribbling and wide base makes it so you can go any direction. And to do so move laterally.  When attacking or pushing forward on the cross fake back and then inside out dribble to keep going forward and a quick in between to change directions beat the defender by pushing the ball forward to a euro .

If you don’t inside out you can still crossover and throw the ball  to a euro. In between to a freeze then decide to go a way with no hesitation.  #tip don’t engage to early to attack to the rim they can recover go a little past the three you if you want you can step back for a 3. Also, engage wherever there’s a point of attack with the defender.

Know how to attack,Know how to read to attack,Know how to engage to read to attack.To engage know where you can score and where it’s an defender that is guarding up on you. To read an attack read defender and look for an open lane to score by freezing defender, having an good base with square hips to the basketball, fake the defender out and find your spots to score by getting open and having the right wide base and foot work and moves to get to an easy shot meaning faking the defender out for an open lane or shot that you can score with having different counters based on defenders.

Pt 5 Summary You Should Know How To 

Catch and automatically push later inside out dribble to a shot.Same concept with a cross. As soon as you get the ball.

Mid- range game is very effective. 

1 2 front leg pounce. With the ball to your side and you can use the side shoulder to boost you into another direction. Into a shot Now add a side step. To a shot Now after your front leg pounces forward and ball is punched to the side with inside arm protecting and ready for a boost dribble between the leg to a dribble inside out shot.  Catch the ball go over and jap with leg outside to a inside out shot.

Different breakdowns on how to handle a defender pressuring you.

Catch the ball go over and jap with leg outside to a inside out shot. Now add a jab inside to the rim 1 2 jab. Then side on back pedal with same leg and punch dribble to shot or go to the basketball. When a defender pushes on you use 2 foot to past them while protecting the ball low near waist and stretch over to pats defender. If the defender scoots back . Use the same foot to push back to a punch dribble to get to a shot. High rep if you want to drive.Go over the top from facing inside after your leg has protected against close defender. Push off with outside leg / same leg while driving.

Inward Outward 

Being other leg to side back to create separation. And with the other leg when moving to outside plant the foot and dribble in between to a nice step back. In summary dribble outside to fake down heel to a step back to create separation .to a shot.Now you can stop step outside and continue back to go over the top with ball and step fake with outside foot. This faking defender to you going outside.

Pt2. Flip Outside 

Tip:when stepping the ball have to move with your body and feet. You can also fake the down hill when going back outside to a pull in kd then go back to the rim.  Spin around by pushing off inside and end up still square with the basket.After spin you can punch misdirect to a shot both ways . Make sure when coming. Back from spin around you foot is square then push off with same leg to a push off from the back to a punch dribble misdirection to jump to a shot either side. Tip:You can be squared and still fake the drive. So widen the hips for your opposite of pivot foot lead leg to sell a drive

Pt3. Flip Outside 

After you fake you can push dribble to a inbetween, pull back then back to the rim or inside out dribble to a shot.
