Why Having A Morning Routine Is Important 

By make some small goals in morning routine, it boost dopamine hormon and make us want to achieve more goals and it also helps us to prepare for the day.Example: Take a shower

Setting The Mode

We need to know what make us distracted from our own goals. By knowing what's the distraction, we can't avoid doing it in the morning so that we can focus on our goals first.Example: Turn off the phone for 30 minutes

Limit Distraction 

If we don't have morning routine , we tend to wake up late, don't want to get out of bed and procrastinate a lot. So, as soon as we wake up, just focus on morning routine first, and then we do something else.
