Leadership Reflections

Flooding yourself with an overabundance of information and ideas can actually hinder your progress. Many times, our brains don't know how to process all of that information, so we forget it or neglect to apply it.

The answer: Become a Master of 1

Choose one habit or idea that you wish to focus on. Steadily and religiously build it into your life...one day at a time. Be consistent with that 1 Thing until the concept becomes a reality and the reality becomes a routine.

Once you have successfully integrated that concept into your identity, choose one more thing to focus on then repeat the process.
