Back in highschool, I used to be in a deep depression. I HATED everything for absolutely no reason at all. I wasn't bullied, I had friends, I had average grades, but for some reason, my brain did not allow me to be happy.
What kept me going was "The Next Thing". What was I looking forward to? For example, when November came, I was looking forward to Christmas Vacations. This way of thinking about the bright side of the future was what gave me the push to make it through the day.
To make it through my depression.
So tell me, what are you looking forward to?
