Being lazy, wasting time, Not doing what we are supposed to do, is a problem we all struggle within our day to day life.

And we doubt ourselves if there is something wrong with us, or it is just not feeling like it.

But the truth is, in those situations our biology is doing work on its default settings. Our body hates to burn more carbs on unwanted things. But we suffer from psychological drama.

Now it's just not about living, but something to live for. We humans got these big brains and surpassed all biological necessities. In fact, 13% of the world's population struggle with obesity.
