Urgency v/s productivity

We all know what is urgency in a broad sense as,

• 'A state of course of action of how quickly to get the work done, in order to achieve the desired result/ deadline'

But let's define it in a new way, how about we call it as

• "A state of complete focus & maximum productivity ,driven by time deficiency"

• People want to be productive, but it's the real problem ,they just WANT, but don't BECOME productive.

Well, the true meaning of word PRODUCTIVE is misunderstood by many, they think it as the

• "Capacity of a person to work maximum output in an efficient & effective way"

But the real true sense of BEING productive & WANNA-BE productive are 2 different things.
