5. Money flees the man who would force it to impossible earnings or who follows the alluring advice of tricksters and schemers or who trusts it to his own inexperience and romantic desires in investment.

Lessons learnt

1. If you desire to help your friend, do so in a way that will not bring your friend's burdens upon yourself.

2. The wise lender wishes not the risk of the undertaking but the guarantee of safe payment.

3. Money wisely lent may even double itself with its earnings before a man like you grows old.

4. Better a little caution than a great regret.

We cannot afford to be without adequate protection

1. Your debts are your enemies.

2. Where the determination is, the way can be found.

1. 10% of what you earn shall be set aside as your own to keep.

2. 70% of what you earn shall be used to provide a home, clothes to wear, and food to eat, with a bit extra to spend, that your lives be not lacking in pleasure anf and enjoyment.

3. 20% of what you earn shall be divided honorably and fairly among those to whom you are indebted.

Remember..... Work well done does good to the man who does it.....

No work to do is bad for any man.......
