Achieving High Value: A Guide

The first rule to get along with a high value person is, don't try to show-off. You should let them talk and teach you what they know. You should make them your mentors. You learn more in listening than in talking.

Try to engage in a thoughtful conversation. Don't waste their time or yours babbling worthless things. Every word, evey sentence that comes out of your mouth should have a meaning and a degree of value to it.

To be appealing to a high value person you have to be somewhat high value yourself. You should be trying to get better. You should be on the right path. You shouldn't be too far behind on that path. They don't want to pick you up from the ground and raise you like a child. Teaching and mentoring you should be worthwhile.

If you are a lover, a depressed drug addiction, they will want to keep their distance from you. But if you are a good Christian (Muslim), a hardworking and diligent person, and if you already go to the gym, they will try to help you out.

You might ask what you get from high value people if you have to be high value yourself to befriend them in the first place. The fruit is in the journey of trying to befriend them. You build your value to fit in with people who are higher value than you.

If you become successful, which of course you will, you will learn a lot from them. Even if you are not too far behind you are still behind them on the path to success. There is always something to learn as long as you are open minded.

Finally you will have a network of men who are high value. In business and security network is everything.
