All the causes of suffering is due to the general fact of the external phenomenon which influences every moment of life and prevents a individual from seeing true self, true will, and wisdom.

Every phenomenon is linked to one another forming a chain which is only breakable by samadhi (concentration) for the mind to distinguish from the illusion of false and true self

The concept of samsara, cycle of rebirth is based on different perspectives as "physical" State, "psychological " Mental states but the essence is to prevent the mind from being besieged into these realm/mental states.

The understanding of the conecpt of samsara comes from understanding of the term Sunyata (emptiness, wholeness) which states that "every phenomenon lacks an intrinsic existence".

Hence, emphasizing on the fact the all the phenomenon occuring internally and externally are linked to one another and has no ground of existence, this is created by a defiled mind.
