It’s very important to make sure that you don’t only eat on Sundays. You would surely not make it to the next week. In order for one to maintain his/her spiritual walk with Christ they must put God first in everything. Including down time. Pick up a bible instead of scrolling or any other bad addiction that is slowly draining the life out of our generation.

In order for us to completely restart and refresh our brain, mind and soul. We first must sit down with the Almighty and give everything to him. If your not willing to go that far. It won’t happen, but if you do and are open to the changes that God intends for us. The mold that he wants to shape us in, so each person little by little can change a generation.
