I wondered if it was happy to be with me, or annoyed by my sudden movement.
As I tried to swing it away,
It held on, regardless of my actions.
I kept it on longer, seeing the way it seemed to trust me.
Until I decided once more to swing it away,
Although it forcefully stayed on once more, threatened to sting.
Eventually I forced it off,
Almost killing it.
Even though I deeply wanted it to be with me.

I emphasize the uncertainty of one's intentions that is usually experienced in relationships. Wondering if the "bee" is happy or annoyed makes the mind think the worst.

I try to keep it on my arm, wanting it to be with me. Though this trust is fragile and I don’t even trust myself. As I’m about to leave, the bee’s threat to sting me is expressing for me to not leave.
It was my fault.
The final few lines symbolize regret, which shows the complexity of human emotions and the unforeseen consequences of our actions.
