We all are good at something, Most of the time when we start a task, in which we are interested. first seems everything is right and we perform our best that time. And it feels like I am born for this task.

But that at one point well things don't go in our favour everything starts to keep falling and we catch no improvement and we get frustrated.

When you feel like falling that's a place where you actually touch your limits. Now here you need to push your limits with the help of deliberate practice.

A basketball player who practises hitting 50 swing shots 50 straight and 50 combinations of both. Have more insight to deal with uncertainty upon who just practised 150 shots of swing.

Our brain stores information by connecting dots, when we talk about the deliberate practice we grasp already 200 shots of swings that you are good at.

But that is not just enough, you have to push your limits by throwing yourself in uncertainty where you will find more dots that will connect to already existing dots. That is how you become a master.
