Ask yourself what are your future goals? What do you want to accomplish? How do you want to grow as a person and make a difference in the lives of others? Then act on it.

Future growth

People with high generativity don't question and debate the meaning of life every morning. They have clear values that they live by. You must make a decision before you can make a difference. What do you stand for? What offends you morally? For example, do you stand up to bullies? Do you feel it is wrong to leave someone with hurt feelings?

Moral depth

Our stories shape the way we make sense of the world. It allows us to find answers to questions like: Who am I? What is right and wrong? What am I required to do?
Our stories allow us to edit en restructure the good and the bad that is bound to happen to everyone. The story in our heads guides how we will move forward.
