Most of the time, just getting started is the hardest part. Therefore make the effort to just do one tiny action.
Lets say you have been putting off something. Tell yourself that you will do it for 5 minutes. Doing this will bring you in momentum & inculcate the motivation to continue.
Do the thing that matters most at the beginning of the day. It will set you in a good tone for the day.
This is much better than starting your day with social media which can put you in that unmotivated state.
