And then he thought why not to have a simple disposable blade that can replaced after every use.And this is how today's blades were became so safety.And the Angry young salesman was none other than Mr. King Gillette.

And then Mr. King Gillette came with his new Rajor Blade Model with this the price of shaving became cheaper. And all the business competitors faded away.

The powerful Jerk

The Rajor Blade Model :This idea of Rajor blade model is very simple, the company started selling the Rajors at very cheap cost and they hiked the price of blades.So then if Rajor was with us, we'll definitely need to buy few disposable blades. So he covered his loss in rajors. ﻿﻿And after this strategy Gillette became the best business in grooming industry and they are continuing their legacy and their billion dollar revenues from 120 years.

The Strategy

Because it was some dangerous process people needed to visit professional barbers every 2-3 times a week.But one fine day, a traveling salesman getting late to work, and he get extremely fed off using his life threatening shaving blade. And he completely lost his patience by sharpening his safety blade.

The Angry Man!

During 1800s the trend of having long beards for men faded away and the clean shave with short moustache is on the trend.People started shaving off their beard to be on the trend.

But during 1800s Shaving was not an easy task, it was even considered as dangerous undertaking. In back if you wanted to shave your beard there are only two options, one is with a straight blade and other is a safety blade.But the straight blade is more risky and the safety blade is too expensive to afford and we need to sharpen it regularly.

The Problem!

King Gillette started manufacturing the disposable blades and he got good response in sales.People started Habituating to Gillette's blades and they felt comfortable.But, there are multiple competitors rised and they too started making disposable blades. This shook off King Gillette and the sales of the company fall down.
