Ingredients:
2 tbsps of apple compote
150g of low fat yoghurt
1/2 apple, diced or sliced
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
30g of Kellogg's Bran Flakes
Instructions:
Add a layer of apple compote onto a small glass or small bowl and add a layer of yoghurt on top of the compote before topping it with the Bran Flakes. You can then place the apples as you please and dust it with the ground cinnamon. Tada!
