We all know there r 2 types of habits- good habits and bad ones. We find it very difficult eradicating our bad habits and cultivating good ones.Let's suppose assume an oak tree. The way it deeply trenches its roots deep down resembles the potential of our bad habit. Not only unless v work hard but also with consistency we'll be able to get rid off it.A good habit resembles a very beautiful flower which is delicate to handle. Unless we have patience ,hope and with constant work ,we can't cultivate it.Hence ,to cultivate or eradicate any habit all we need is <ul><li>Love </li><li>Patience</li><li>Hardwork and </li><li>Consistency</li></ul>

Uprooting An Oak Differs From Cultivating A Delicate Flower 

To all the readers of the book Atomic habits ,I exclude you guys bcoz u've already known this term I guessMicro habits r nothing but small things that bring a lot of difference . Examples maybe like making your bed after wakeup, keeping things in order and place etc etc etc....Here's the main point i.e that the time consumed for noticing the difference is so longer and longer the duration ,longer is its longitivity ,I guess u got it .People like me might ask a quiet intriguing question like " Is there any gaurantee that I can embrass the change ? " This question might have araised in many.....

Micro habits

This book is such a life saver and you'll guys reading this might say that I'm exaggerating things . I haven't even finished this book yet. But let me ask you 3 things......- How many of you guys had really pushed yourself to do something , ofcourse not something very serious , something like diet control, weight loss etc- Did you count how many things you've procrastinated in a day- Have you ever heard of the term "micro habits"......Okay now my answers to those questions1) no2)out of 6 tasks I procrastinate 4 and3)not before reading the book .

My idea about the book 

"Complaining about not achieving success despite working hard is like - Complaining an ice cube for not melting when u heated from 25°C to 31°C" Assume an ice cube on a table in a room at 25°C. It doesn't melt ,now we're increasing the temperature a.d observing the change .26 °C , doesn't melt ,27°C , doesn't melt ,28°C,29°C,30°C and 31°C ,no melting seen . Now we still keep on increasing ,at 32°C ,it's starts melting That means there's no work done from 26°C - 31°C ? No , there's constant work occuring and all this work is being stored for the huge , great ,final outcome . Hardwork pays off .

Complaining An Ice Cube For Not Melting

This books does have a lot of inspiration. There's a context -<ul><li>"Breakthrough moments r ofter the result of many previous actions, which build up the potential required to unleash a major change."</li></ul>This is the key of our life and we'll must know it. There r 2 aspects of this context-<ul><li>What we decide to do in our present or even in the past will definitely result our future outcome either positively or negatively</li><li>"Many previous actions unleash a major change" - this explains that, Every big thing is achieved only by making small steps, small steps obviously takes long time to give prolonged results.</li></ul>

Breakthrough moments r ofter the result of many previous action

<ul><li>"you shd be far more concerned with ur current trajectory than ur current results."</li></ul>Most of us start doing something (exercise, writing) in fond of results (skinny, author). But in a matter of time v lose interest and stop working on them .At times v often judge overselves and our methods. All this arises when we doesn't trust the process.<ul><li>TRUSTING THE PROCESS IS WAY MORE DIFFICULT THAN TRUSTING THE RESULTS.</li><li>Consistency and Self- confidence r the 2 main dominant factors for trusting a process </li><li>"Today is hard , tomorrow is very hard but day after tomorrow is pleasure ,most die tomorrow evening" </li></ul>

It's not about result ,it's about the process .....

Let me ask u a questions<ul><li>Have u ever expected faster results like you've started working out today and you expect results the next day or week?</li></ul>In that case ,this content is for you . Expecting is not bad but expecting smthng to get fast is very bad ,from my personal experience. We see a lot of videos like lose 7kgs in 7 days all that shit.But practically speaking will you be able to lose 7 kgs in just 7 days ? NO right! Incase if u even lose,u gain that same amount of weight in 7 days again.So what's the point of working out !!!!!"Large things take large time and all v need is being consistent"
