Usually when we try detoxification, like avoiding Instagram, junk foods, or any other bad habits, we always keep thinking about that bad habit and keep counting the amount of time we are abstaining from it. This is not real detox, we should not even think about that habit and instead try doing some productive works, "DON'T COUNT THE DAYS, MAKE THE DAYS COUNT".
