How To Visualise An Identity

In the book As A Man Thinket by James Allen, the author says " A Man does not get what he wants, but what he is "

Visualize yourself as the identity you wanna be as if you are already that identity, rather than wanting to become that identity.

Wanting something creates lack, and this strengthens the identity of lacking and lack is negative in itself.

Instead focus on visualising yourself as you have already become the identity.

Visualising youself as a calm person will strengthen the network and makes your brain believe it

Once this is done , brain will reject anything which is against this belief.
