That sudden trigger of emotions, blurred thoughts, sudden imbalance in breathing patterns, and those nasty ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts) when creeps in and hinders your productivity especially among students...Relatable?
And what's worse? When you have deadlines or perhaps exams are approaching and all of those sudden triggers comes as an unwanted guest into your head during those last moments, hindering your productivity.
Sometimes it's okay to turn on your favourite music and dance to the beats...
It's okay to cry your heart out...It's okay to be vulnerable...But what's not okay is when you self sabotage yourself!
Remember there is beautiful cheer leader, a best friend within you...Allow that cheer leader to cheer you up and motivate you to keep going!
But you know what? You still have to keep going! And charge like a "Rhino" towards your goal come what may!
One thing I've realised with my anxiety is that....When I started to become more mindful of my thought patterns...I've realised that my thoughts have no control over me and neither am I my thoughts.
They'll just come and go anyway...but this is for sure is that they'll never stay permanent!
Because after all they are thoughts!
Aim to be like a rhino! To have a single purpose. To charge at the obstacles and goals with total commitment and to develop a thick skin to deal with the slings and arrows that try to slow you down.
The first $100,000 is a b*tch, but you gotta do it. I don’t care what you have to do – if it means walking everywhere and not eating anything that wasn’t purchased with a coupon, find a way to get your hands on $100,000. After that, you can ease off the gas a little bit.
The common email greeting is often an empty, yet necessary, formality. And these generic, surface-level greetings have probably harmed our relationships in some instances.
Rather than to mention the context in which we're all living, we should learn to be honest about what we're going through. Showing some vulnerability can deepen the connections with the people in our life.
All Negativity is not bad as research shows people:
From negative events and experiences than positives ones.
For good reason, if something harmed us in the past, we are unlikely to repeat the experience as we would want to avoid the pain.
