5 Standard Operating Procedures - Deepstash

5 Standard Operating Procedures

  1. The ritual of early rising- start the day with sweating (gives energy), write in your journal, learn more to achieve more.
  2. The ritual of strategic time-blocking - Your each day schedule is your life schedule. (common sense). Schedule your everyday weekly. Write it out. A visual map of a world-class week.
  3. The ritual of over-delivering- Go the extra mile. This is a muscle. Give your customers/organization 10x or 5x more than they expected. You'll become indispensible.

What you should do every first waking hour?

Divide your first waking hour into 3 parts (20 minutes + 20 minutes + 20 minutes).

The First 20 minutes you should do an excercise that ( Cardio Excercise) make your body to sweat. This is good to increase BDNF ( Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor), which helps brain to repair and improve neural connection.
