Basecamp is hiring a data analyst to help us make better decisions in all areas of the business. 

This includes everything from running A/B tests with statistical rigor to forecasting revenue for the year to tracing performance problems. 

You won’t be able to answer every question immediately or know how all the systems work on day one. 

We want strong, diverse teams built from different backgrounds, experiences and identities. 

Today, our team works from 32 different cities spread across 6 countries.

You should be able to do both the technical and statistical work to answer questions like the ones in the examples above. A solid fundamental approach to analysis will pave the way.
