How to achieve great teamwork

They were not troops, they were family. The Spartans' tests of trust were about walking blindly through fire with the voice of a comrade as a guide or going into an unknown mountain with the directions of a subordinate.&nbsp; These days it is about trusting in one's own ability and that of the other, that dependence is a positive dynamic of order and not control, in personal and organizational integrity, in the strength of the relationships that develop at the working level and that will be fruitful if they are given.
