4. Have a walk - getting up to move creates a break before you need to get back to work. It doesn't need to be anywhere in particular, so create a new journey for yourself by observing carefully.
5. Make some food - know what you're fueling your body with. Homecooked meals, even if it's just yourself, are bound to make you feel more grounded in your work.
6. Have a simple hobby - an activity that can be done without much thought. Instead of seeing it as a time-waster, it's a brain break, so that new ideas can be generated naturally and creatively.
