7. Fast

It is dire that we move quickly in every aspect when it comes to innovation. Early ideas should be shared to provide the ability for people to contribute.

We shouldn't wait for the perfect report because failure is OK as long as we're pushing the boundaries of innovation because it won't always work. 

In technology, we call this 'fail fast' because even if it fails it's become a great benefit to learning and continual innovation.
