Mental Health

I get it. It's okay to not be okay. People need time to heal themselves. They can't always look perfect and dashing because they are humans. They have feelings and they make mistakes.

What's not okay is using innocent people as rehabilitation centers for your mental issues. It's not okay if you had broken so many people just to fix yourself.

If you are going to heal yourself, heal silently. Don't use your mental issues as an excuse to hurt other people.
