Once you start tracking your goals, you’re able to see the small, day by day progress that you might not otherwise notice.
Last month I decided that I’d set a goal of walking 10,000 steps per day, 7 days a week. Keep in mind that I work from home so this has been a great way to force myself out of the house and to keep moving.
This “walking time” became a huge part of my day. I love seeing the red bars over the 10,000 mark showing me that I have consistently met my goal each and every day. It’s a great feeling. And I haven’t missed a day yet!
